Access: Hari Niwas Palace is situated at Palace Road at Jammu Tawi in Srinagar. It was once the royal residence of Maharaja Hari Niwas and is transformed into heritage hotel in 1990. It offers the commanding views of Shivalik Range and River Tawi.
 
Accommodation: The Hari Niwas Palace offers its guests the luxurious 40 rooms for accommodation which is categorized into Rajmata, Maharaja, Maharani, Yuvraj and Rajkumari Suites. All the deluxe rooms have attached balconies that offer panoramic views to the guests. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated with Victorian furniture and are festooned with modern amenities like attached bathrooms with hot and cold water supply, multi channel TV, telephone with ISD and STD facilities, mini bar, tea and coffee maker and many more like these for comfortable stay of its guests.
 
Multi-cuisine restaurant Nilaya at the Hotel Hari Niwas Palace serves authentic flavor of various delicacies like Indian, Chinese and Continental etc. A unique dogri menu is one of the major highlight of the hotel. The charming coffee shop at the lobby provides a splendid view of the surroundings and serve sumptuous breakfast and a-la-carte dishes to its guests. Those who love to enjoy their food in the open air they can have their breakfast or dinner at the garden restaurant. They can gorge upon Arabic, Western barbequed items.
Polo Bar: Polo bar with its wooden paneling and original artwork creates an aura of old world charm. It offers a range of fine wines, spirits and cigars. The bar serves exotic drinks and adds a zing to evening rendezvous.

Business Facility: The complex of Hari Niwas consists of modern banqueting facilities that can cater 1500 to 2000 people at a time. The building structure consists of a large Durbar hall which can accommodate up to 300 persons at a time in theatre style seating. The hotel also has two party rooms namely the Magnolia and Chinar.
